3 dating challenges for short guys

Many short guys date beautiful women and get into long lasting and fulfilling relationships. This is because being tall is an indicator of attraction in and of itself. Short guys often lack confidence or have trouble conveying it. Sure, you may have good reason to be insecure and angry if you’ve been teased or rejected based on your height.

It makes sense because short men are often bullied for something outside of their control (height). And, gaining confidence isn’t as easy as saying “be confident.” However, it is essential for getting dates.

I didn’t really think dating a short guy was a thing, I just knew that I wasn’t going to do it. Still, there are a few things you’ll only know if you’ve been in the unique position of dating someone shorter than you. It took exactly two weeks from the point we started going out for me to forget about the fact that my boyfriend is significantly shorter than me.

In my work with women, I’ve found that there are two basic reasons why most women won’t date a short man: Some women will feel nervous about being too big, telling themselves they’ll look smaller if they’re with a bigger guy; others simply want the knight in shining armor, and they need a man to live up to a fantasy image of masculinity and size, telling themselves that a bigger man is also automatically emotionally stronger, too.

Statistics and scientific studies back up this information too: women prefer taller guys too. Not only do I draw from my own experience, but also the science of dating and attraction.

Before I continue, I want to mention that I, a short man, have written a book specifically for short guys that WILL get you dates (if you follow the directions): Order The Short Man’s Dating Handbook Now To Find Love. But, getting dates isn’t impossible for short guys. Short guys have to work harder and be extra attractive compared to their taller friends. Tall guys have a built in advantage just for existing. In addition, I’ve successfully taught these skills to my coaching clients, many of whom are short. They’ll work for you too if you give them a chance.

“Swipe left if you’re under 6 foot” “Tall guys only!

” “I would date you, but you’re just too short.” Almost all shorter men (around 5’9″ and below) have heard similar phrases, or seen them online. I have had success in dating and relationships (yes, even Tinder) and I’m going to share my tips.
